Conrad Dubai Hotel Review
A one-night Conrad Dubai stay booked on Hilton points, with notes on the great breakfast, family-friendly pool, wedding dinner at Anasa, and whether the business-district location works in the Dubai heat.

Room and setup
We booked one night at the Conrad Dubai using Hilton points, taking advantage of an Amex transfer with a 40 percent bonus. For a short stay, it was a strong use of points and felt like a good way to add a comfortable Dubai stop without paying a high cash rate.
The hotel makes a strong first impression. The lobby is huge and genuinely impressive, and the overall feel of the property is more polished than many business-district hotels. Even on a very short stay, it felt substantial rather than generic.
Location and access
The location is in the business district, right next to the metro, which made getting around convenient. For a short stop in Dubai, that positioning worked well because it was easy to connect to the major sights without needing to rely on taxis for every move.
The main caveat is the heat. Even though the hotel is well located, Dubai daytime heat still makes long walks a bad idea for much of the year. The metro access helps, but this is not a destination where you want to assume you will be walking around comfortably for long stretches.
Best part of the stay
The best parts of the stay were the breakfast, the pool, and how easy the hotel felt overall. Breakfast was included thanks to Hilton Gold status through Amex Platinum, and the spread was excellent. For a one-night stay, that made the morning feel especially easy.
The pool was also very good and felt family-friendly rather than overly scene-driven. We attended a wedding dinner at Anasa on-site, and it was a lot of fun with good food, which gave the property another point in its favor.
A final detail that ended up being very useful: the hotel let us have a late checkout until 10 PM for $100. That was great value on a short one-night stop and made the departure day much easier. Overall, Conrad Dubai felt like a strong short-stay hotel and one we would happily consider again for a similar trip.
