About Frequent Family
Frequent Family is written by a family of four who genuinely enjoy figuring out how to make travel feel better while also keeping costs under control. We care a lot about comfort, location, pacing, and memorable experiences, but we also care about points, smart cash bookings, and not spending more than a trip is worth.
This site exists to share the notes we wish we always had before booking: which hotel was actually worth it, which location made the trip easier, where the food was memorable, and what looked great online but did not really deliver in person. Everything here comes from trips we actually took, whether that means a family itinerary, a couples weekend, or a quick points-fueled getaway.
Our hope is that this blog helps inspire other families to travel more often, travel more confidently, and travel a little more intelligently. Sometimes that means stretching points further. Sometimes it means paying cash for the better location. Usually it means optimizing for maximum enjoyment instead of just chasing the cheapest or flashiest option.
